Welcome to Cairns Farm, the home of Mrs
Hamilton's organic beef and lamb and mutton. Tender and
succulent meat, bred and reared in the Pentland Hills.
Our products have very low food miles,
we carefully mature and handle all our stock on our land
to ensure the highest standards of traceability. We have
created our own butchery onsite and a shop selling our
meats and produce from local suppliers.
Visit us at our shop or a local
farmers' market to taste our authentic organically
reared produce.
