Barbecue America
We recently hosted the presenter of Barbecue America for a fabulous feast
of our lamb, beef and mutton.
Rick Browne, the presenter of the show, is part way
through a 13-country trip for his programme which is
sindicated to 230 TV stations and is watched by 75
million people! The show will air in April 2008.
He first visited the farm and the animals before
joining guests to savour our meat and also a great range
produce from Edinburgh's farmers' market which the crew
also visited during their stay in Edinburgh.
To round up the day, Rick was treated to a special
performance of the pipes accompanied by Bobby Hamilton
on
